What happens if the weather is bad for outdoor shoots?
If we’re shooting outdoors, we’ll monitor the forecast and work with you to reschedule or adjust locations to ensure the best lighting and comfort.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Turnaround time is usually 5–7 business days for headshots and 10-12 days for engagement sessions or event galleries. Rush options are available upon request.
CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY SESSION?
Yes, we understand that plans change. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the package, and any prepayment details will be outlined at booking.
CAN MULTIPLE PEOPLE BE PHOTOGRAPHED IN ONE SESSION?
Yes! Engagements, family portraits, and corporate group headshots are all welcome. Please let us know the number of participants when booking so we can plan the session efficiently.
Can I bring props or personal items to my session?
Absolutely! Props can add personality and make your photos unique. For engagement sessions, meaningful items or pets are welcome. For headshots, minimal props like glasses or work-related items often work best.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR SHOOTS?
Yes, we serve clients throughout NYC and surrounding areas. Travel options outside the city can be arranged—just let us know your location.
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
We currently operate as a flexible studio, serving clients throughout New Jersey and New York City. Our shooting locations vary depending on your session needs. A full address and directions will be provided upon booking. We also offer the option to set up an onsite studio in your home, office, or event space for added convenience.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, gift certificates are available for headshots, engagement sessions, or event experiences. They make a perfect gift for any occasion.
